The user to use here is the one you used to sign up to Microsoft 365 business with. You might have to enter that user/password before or after that. I think right after you click Connect, it will show a screen and at the bottom it will have the option of "Connect to Azure AD". Since I've already gone through the process, I can't remember if this option if before or after you enter the username/password of your organizational user that has global admin privileges.
